It has 4 segments. Vistaprint segment represents Vistaprint-branded websites focused on the N. America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Upload and Print segment comprises 2 subgroups: PrintBrothers & The Print Group. PrintBrothers includes the druck.at, Printdeal and WIRmachenDRUCK brands whereas PrintBrothers includes EasyFlyer, Exaprint, Pixartprinting and Tradeprint brands. National Pen segment includes the global operations of its Pen business. All Other comprises BuildASign (e-commerce provider), Printi (online printing solutions), VIDA (e-commerce provider) and YSD (end-to-end mass customization software solutions).
