Paraguay Taux d'inflation

Paraguay's annual inflation rate rose to 4.4% in March 2025, accelerating from 4.3% in the previous month, and marking the highest since July 2024. Key contributors to the increase included price increases in housing and utilities (2.68% vs 2.16% in February), food and non-alcoholic beverages (6.36% vs 4.90%), education (4.78% vs 4.70%), restaurants and hotels (5.93% vs 5.26%), and furniture (3.23% vs 3.15%). However, costs rose at a slower pace in transportation (2.99% vs 5.49%), health (2.72% vs 2.65%), recreation and culture (5.38% vs. 5.96%), and clothing and footwear (2.17% vs 2.26%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices in Paraguay rose 1.2% in March, after a 0.4% increase in the previous month.
