Chili Balance Commerciale

Chile posted a trade surplus of $1,380 million in November 2024, up from $1,340 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. Exports rose by 2.6% year-on-year to $7,941 million, on higher shipments of manufactured products (+4.1%), mining products (+1.1%), of which copper (+7.1%); and agriculture, forestry & fishing (+12.3%). Meanwhile, imports advanced by 2.5% to $6,559 million, driven by purchases of consumer goods (+4.7%), intermediate goods (+2.3%) and capital goods (+5.8%).
